Episode 9. I can't remember the name. But its when Sookie's cat (Tina) is decapitated and the body is tied to the ceiling fan. I love this episode, not for the gore, but because Bill reveals through his actions how much je truly cares for Sookie. He holds her in bed while she cries over everything that has happened...her Gran's death, having Long Shadow killed in front of her, the decapitation of her cat, and the ever threat that the killer is pursuing her and getting close. Bill tries to take the blame for the danger and trouble she's in, but Sookie states she can't let him and that he is the only thing keeping her going. Its just an amazing episode.

Bill has to go before the magister for killing Long Shadow, but he goes to the bar to ask Sam to protect Sookie, knowing Sam loves Sookie. Then the moment when he is kissing Sookie good bye and his not wanting to let go.

This episode, for me, showed in their actions how much the two really love each other, even though they don't say the words.
