There's one thing that bothered me about this story: when Sookie first meets Bill, she asks if he can levitate and he obliges.
Much later, she is "shocked" to learn that Sam is a shapeshifter, and it finally dawns on her that the supernatural is real; the vampire "virus" is a cover up story.


Oh c'mon, wtf kind of virus could enable someone to levitate?!?! Surely she already knew. How stupid.
